Staff development and training
Staff often need to learn new skills such as counseling, leadership, reporting, etc. We want to empower those working with us to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
When staff are equipped to do their work properly and are growing and learning they are more motivated and efficient.
We are committed to, when possible, having staff and volunteers who are living with HIV. They often come into the job with an understanding of the issuses and a desire to make a difference, but need equipping with skills.
