A very difficult situation is taking place in the HIV support group. Many people are sick, in spite of being on HIV treatment. Two sisters on the sponsorship programme are both very sick and their parents are also not well, especially the father.

Two other parents have TB, one with bone TB; they have just started medication, but have already lost a lot of weight. Others have fevers. 

The AIDSLink Nepal team is busy taking care of them, running from one to the other. The difficulties are not only amongst the members of the support group; there are also many other cases that the team cannot treat in counselling or medical care.
